Pro Junior
The 2026 Pro-Junior at The Willows Club delivered another memorable day of outstanding golf, teamwork, and camaraderie. Proudly sponsored by Brian Read and PING Canada, the event once again featured its unique format, with junior golfers competing in a scramble while the professional played their own ball. On each hole, the lower of the two scores counted as the team's score, creating an exciting and competitive atmosphere throughout the day.
After an exciting finish, Phil Jonas and his team captured the Pro-Junior team championship with an incredible 18-under-par performance, topping a talented field of 29 competitive teams. The professional division also belonged to Jonas, who completed a remarkable sweep of the event by firing a 6-under-par 66 to claim the individual professional title.
Host professionals Hannah MacNeill and Brandon Ho were thrilled to welcome players back to The Willows Club for another outstanding edition of the Pro-Junior, celebrating great golf, sportsmanship, and the strong partnership between professionals and junior golfers.
