Work directly with junior golfers and provincial coaches regarding scheduling, coordinating training opportunities, identifying current top players and those showing great potential. This involves monitoring championship results, coordinating game testing events and providing training team trips at various locations throughout the golf season.
With the coaches, we know as coaches improve, their players will follow! To assist in their development we are coordinating funding support for training and certifications.
